About Pocketwatch Games

Pocketwatch Games, LLC is the developer of enriching entertainment experiences. Founded in 2004 by video game developer, Andy Schatz, the San Diego based company developed and independently published the IGF Grand Prize nominated animal-themed game, Wildlife Tycoon: Venture Africa and the Sim Game of the Year follow-up, Venture Arctic. Both titles are available to purchase from the Pocketwatch Games website, as well as various other internet video game sites, and in retail stores across North America.

Pocketwatch Games is currently in development on Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine.  Monaco is a departure from previous Pocketwatch projects: it’s a cooperative heist game in which players team up to steal from the rich and privileged denizens of Monte Carlo.

Why Pocketwatch?
Imagine an old-timey mechanical pocket watch, its tiny gears turning in perfect unison to output a simple, but indispensable utility. Our games may be small in download size and simple to play, but underneath the hood, they are some of the most intricate and complex games ever created.

Charitable Contributions
Pocketwatch Games prides itself on contributing positively to the world in every aspect of its business. Besides creating games that increase awareness and interest in threatened wildlife regions around the world, Pocketwatch also donates annually to The WILD Foundation, an organization dedicated to protecting wild spaces in Africa and around the world.
