haha, i was just wondering the same thing. It must be hard to make a whole video game practically by yourself though.

With that in mind(that he's doing it basically by himself)it will take time. Have patience. Do you realize how much work goes into making a video game? Especially when going it alone?

I've noticed he's been really quiet lately. I too wonder what's going on, but I imagine he must be extremely busy, so I won't press the issue.

sorry but i thoguht he had like a few other people helping him with all the games but also i would just like to know this i got venture africa in like 2006 or 2007 but i cant find anything in the readme about a cheat to skip levels please help

Andy is not alone, even when he did Africa. However, he is the main guy for it.

Check some of the sections about the subject, I guess, I really don't know though.

The forums go into "hibernation" every once and a while, usually when nothing really signifigant has happened in a while. It will probably become active again when Andy announces the progress on VD.
And yes, you can controll the dinosaurs in VD (or so we think ).

Also andy mentioned that you can control animals like in VA and another thing.......
they are working on some socal contols for some of the animals in the game. some include a few dominat dinos to be able to move other animals.
For Ex.
if you decide to contol the leader ornithomimus, then his/her entire flock will follow it
this alows you to control huge groups of dinosaurs

its cool that you can control a herd if your a dominant but how can you tell which is the dominant besides it being in the lead and im wondering can you switch between a walk and a run when i control an animal in VA i have a hard time trying to make it walk unless its a flamingo or vulture so how do i make an animal like a zebra walk also i would like to know if the triceratops would form a circle for defense when attacked by a large dino like trex while having the young in the middle and one last thing will the dinosaurs have distinction between baby and adult or will the babys look like a mini adult like in the other games
EX:baby zebra looks like small adult zebra
i want to know if a dinosaur like triceratops will have a distinction besides size like the babys having smaller not fully grown horns unlike adults
