sorry i can't let that go, cretaceous environments of different locations and timezones are completely different, and what do you mean only 6 large dinosaurs? i can list a bunch of formations with 12. for example hell creek:
the ones in the game are:
t-rex
triceratops
parasaurolophus
ankylosaurus
ornithomimus
quetzalcoatlus
others that could be:
edmontia
caegnathus
pachycephalosaurus
thescelosaurus
dromeosaurus
leptoceratops
edmontosaurus
i'm just saying, if he wanted to he could make it very accurate.

I guess now e just added them to make the game more diverse.

koiboi59 wrote:changuy: parasaurolophus is considered debatable, caegnathus i goofed up on, i suck with oviraptosaurs, but both are still in the maastrachian.
bear pigs: alamosaurus you could include since its also from the late cretaceous, i just find using early-mid cretaceous dinosaurs with late cretaceous dinosaurs to be unrealistic.

The reason is because the remains of these animals have never been found in the formation (Scientists are still debating whether parasaur remains have been uncovered from Hell Creek, the "dromaeosaur" teeth from the formation have not been identified, and as far as I know, the idea of Almosaurus never existed in Hell Creek). I know this, becuase I recently made a powerpoint cataloging the animals and plants in the formation and other formations similar (I learned a lot). I wonder if I can post it here...
